During the extrusion process, ingredients are blended and fed into extruders. The mixture is melted, cooled and formed into large extruded rolls of foam sheets. Stock colors are black, white, yellow, red, blue, and green. Custom colors are available and created to fit any need.

Extruded rolls are fed into Thermo-Former machines to create the selected tray of choice. The rolls of formed trays are then placed through the trim press where they are punched out and prepared for distribution.

Finished trays are inspected for quality control, packaged, and taken to the Styro-Tech Distribution Center where they are shipped throughout North America. All Styro-Tech trays are proudly made in the U.S.A.
